Juice Therapy and its benefits to our Health

Many people already know what the term "Juicing" means. But do they really know the benefits of this lifestyle?

In this post, I'm going to explain a little about what Juicing or Juice Therapy is. When I meet with family, friends or simply people I meet in places I frequent, they ask me about Juice Therapy.

I realized the lack of information there is about the subject. Most people relate it to a Diet. Which has nothing to do with it. On the contrary, it is a lifestyle and diet that helps us nourish our body in a faster and more comfortable way. Doing Juicing or Juice Therapy does not mean that we will stop consuming vegetables or fruits in their natural form. When we eat these in a natural way, the body takes time to absorb the nutrients, vitamins and minerals from these foods. But by adding them in the form of Juices, the body absorbs them quickly, and in a week you would obtain the benefits.

Although now with the internet it is easier to look for juices that are good for each illness, it is advisable to make a personalized list of juices. What do I mean by this? Well, all human beings are different. And for a certain reason we must consume food in different ways and in different quantities. It is not the same to give 16 ounces of juice to an adult than to a child. First, because it is obvious that a child and an adult are not the same at first glance. Second, because they do not weigh the same. Third, height is different. Next, because deficiencies are different. And well, I can continue giving examples, but my point is that we cannot get juices from the internet and drink them if we do not really know if our body uses those quantities.

Also, by giving the body too much we may have excess nutrients and vitamins and that also causes health problems. So, it is advisable to have a Personalized Juice Plan, based on weight, height, age and sex.

How does it work?

If this is your first time trying Juicing or Juice Therapy, I recommend getting a good juicer. There are varieties, but one of the ones I recommend is from the Breville brand. This juicer is practical for when you start in the world of Juicing. Easy to clean and assemble. This one can be found on Amazon at the following link https://a.co/d/8jdbA0c

Once you have the juicer, now it's time for some Juices. I recommend making Juices in the morning and juices at night. During the day, have your regular meals, with a space of 3-4 hours between each meal. Do not drink the same juice for more than a week. Juices, like herbs, if taken for a long time, the body gets used to them and will no longer absorb the benefits of them. Once the nutrients enter and are absorbed by the system, there is no need to continue consuming the same nutrients. For this reason, juices and herbs are alternated.
